Roofing System & Materials
The roofing system featured American Hydrotech waterproofing for superior moisture protection and long-term durability. To enhance usability and sustainability, we installed concrete pavers, sedum mats for green roofing, and synthetic turf for added versatility. Additionally, expansion joints were incorporated to accommodate structural movement, while traffic coatings provided extra surface protection against wear and weathering.
